Click on your username to the left on your post and click on find more posts by catsandbooks.

Try going to the blue line under where you signed in to quick links then in drop down choose subscribed threads and it will show all that you have posted in.

I'm not sure if new members have to turn on "Automatically subscribe to threads" or if it is already on for them. It's been too long, can't remember.

If it's a thread you started go into your profile and click on 'statistics' and then the link to your own threads.
