No, it isn't.
It's one of a series of computer generated images which all use exactly the same background photo of a truck and then have different truck sides and back pasted on to provide a variety of effects.

The best advert I have seen and remember on a truck was on the back doors. A big photo of a baby's face with the wording "about the only thing ***** don't transport". Unfortunately I didn't have a camera with me it was a company from up north and haven't seen one again.

Best one I saw (wish I had my camera with me) was a van belonging to a company that cleaned pigeon mess off buildings. Across their van was:
