Ebid enquiries problem - solved?

We use to sell plenty on Ebay, often overseas, using exactly the same T&C's with higher prices!

Did you read all of Delta's message? The explanation about *why* you shouldn't expect to sell at the same rate here without putting in a lot of extra work is spot on, in my opinion. I'm afraid "it sells on eby" doesn't cut the mustard.

Think about this... before you started selling here, how much had you *bought* from ebid? What would it have taken to persuade you to do so? If the same item had been available in both places and you did happen to stumble upon the one here, what would the ebid seller needed to have done to sell his/her copy to you, rather than have you go to the site you knew and had used previously? And when you've worked out what all that is, do it.

You're not alone in thinking the communication system really needs work. I'm hoping it's one of the things that has been addressed in the new site coming in January. They've certainly had enough complaints and requests about it to have got the message.

The page we are on is the page we would like you to be on. Toss the mindset that you will just do everything like you did on feebay and sales will come. That is unrealistic on any alternate auction site. Sales come only when you make changes.

Also unrealistic to accept low sales as price to pay for being on an alternate site. Nonsense. Set a goal, make needed changes, and work hard to achieve your goal. All of us are here to help you with that.
