Combined Invoice

Hi,

I have four orders, two of which were paid for, but i now need to combine all four into one. I have refunded back the two payments but the green payment received P is still showing as green so i cant combine, if i mark the items as non paying bidder will the green p go so then i can combine ??

I sell vinyl, can i not put in my shipping the price per extra record, as people are buying, trying to pay and then get the postage for both records when they go to pay.

You need the last option on the drop-down menu, 'Payment not received dispute'. This will remove the 'paid' icon so you can send a combined invoice but your buyer will also receive an email alerting them to the 'dispute'.

Any time I have to do this I also send an email to my buyer explaining the situation and telling them to ignore the dispute.

Or just send the last two on an invoice making adjustments for shipping that they paid already.

Yes, add shipping to listing (calculated or flat rate) so if one record is bought, the buyer can check right out and pay you.

But remember that for multiples, the weight/cost for shipping on combined invoice will always be too high (because you added one wrapping weight, if they buy 10 they need not pay for ten wrappings). Easy peasy to doublecheck the invoice and discount the shipping a bit.
