Ok put your cursor at the beginning of what you want to copy,

then drag it keeping you finger don on the left button on you mouse,

it should highlight what you are trying to copy,

let go of the button when you have highlighted what you want to copy,

put your cursor on the hightlighted area and press your right button

a box should appear and it will have cut or copy click on that

then go to the area you want to paste it

click the right button again on your mouse and you should have paste come up, click on that and it will paste what you have just copied

yes its the same on anything, if you dont have a mouse attached to the lappy then it will be done by the pad, hate them things

worth plugging your mouse into your lappy, much easier

there are other ways you can do it using you keypad

but then it gets confusing by holding down shift and pressing c ext

so the mouse is the easiest option thats why i never went down the keyboard route lol
