I just want to say how excellent your support team is. Polite, Patient and Professional.

Maybe my issue will not be resolved. Maybe I am at fault..

But I cannot fault the rapidity of the Support team's response . It makes selling on eBid a pleasure.

I wish I could post this letter for all to see.. I will try Face book for a start!!!
