Been looking for some packaging supplies this morning. Tried ebid first, as I've been doing for a while now.

I won't mention details, but on here would have cost me £45.99, same seller on feebay, identical product £25.99.

No, I didn't end up buying from them, but from a supplier I've used before on feebay and paid £15.29 - 3 times less than I would have paid on here!

The smaller number of listings means smaller choice, and that inevitably means that some things aren't available and others are, but not at the best price. I don't see that saying so achieves anything positive though. If you've spotted a gap in the market - fill it.

I think some just try it on in ebid, i'm like you cambs, i'll check here first, 9 time out of 10 they either dont have it or are a lot dearer

Having said that

got a brilllllllllllllllllllll deal from here the other day, and am really pleased that i clicked on ttoc's auctions, what made me decide to bid was also the fact that ttoc also comes into the kt.

I'll never in a million years understand why they try to sell it dearer on here then what they sell it for on ebay, they are driving buyers away,

Never had an issue with packing stuff on here (apart from bubble wrap), I always use the same seller as the prices are fantastic IMO.
