    that when you loose internet access, you have to go to a different room to get access again?

    Hi mel, what I mean is this, I had perfect access in one room up until 2 nights ago when I kept loosing internet, so I went into spare room and hey presto I got internet no probs

    morning Craig , sounds like you are using a laptop...and it sounds like you do not have your router in the best place...try it in another phone socket....if possible try it in the centre of the house.....( i mean where it give more coverage throughout the house....on your laptop there might be 2 tv screens , on the task bar at the bottom.... hold the mouse over them and it will tell you how strong the signal is to the computer...3 or 4 bars is a good signal...and should not drop out......hope this helps......papa.
