Can you make extra folders? If so how?

I've never thought about it before now but I could do with making an extra folder

yes you can, but your still only allowed to hold x amount of pms that includes whats in your folder

ok click on the messages you want go to the drop down box at the bottom, will say delete or move to folder

move to folder and give it a name

or you can download them to your comp
