So how you going to handle the Postal Strike?

Yeah we always use tracking, buyers tend to expect it.

But be careful with it, as the last time round, the online tracking part was just ignored a lot, if you were lucky to get the postman to request a signature, by what I am hearing if you are posting to London now, even before the strike, you are lucky for the postman to do what they have been paid for.

There is a user on ebay that has had so many missing parcels, that if you look through their feedback for others it looks like the postman is never asking for a signature, then they have the cheek to sell the same missing items on the same account.

Amazon must have sorted out a good deal, as they are offering free shipping on all items shipped in the UK without the minimum price limits.

I would not jump too fast as the alternative postal services are already complaining.

(it is like walking through Tesco and mentioning Sainbury's sometimes in here - unless it is a derogatory comment, you get chucked out - pathetic)

Of course there are some having a hard time.
That applies everywhere - including here!!!!
I made it work for me - dont tell me to go over there and see how bad it is!!! I do good. I made it work in my favour.
I dont have to go over there to read it - forums - both here and there, have loads of comments by people who are dissatisfied.

Ebid is the same - it works for some - and doesnt work for others. It is as simple as that.

No doubt the small minded mods will find a reason to delete this post too.
