Account Update Utility Emails - any one else keep having their store taken off line?

We keep receiving these emails changing our password and at the same time our stores are taken off line. Anyone else experiencing this or is it just us? We have not changed our email and are regular sellers and contributors to the forums i.e. we are about a lot - so can't see why its happening. I know we only have to keep going in and resetting the password but its getting reptitive!!

I have no idea what could be happening - try dropping support an email support@ebid.net - they may be able to help figure out whats causing the problem,or at least offer some suggestions.
