Downloading all listings

Is there a way of downloading all my listings? Preferable to the TSV file like the ones I use to bulk upload?

Ie I have nearly 3000 listings now but have to add some more but need to merge new listings with the ones I already have running.

My eBid (top of page - requires login) > Auctions I'm running (Left side menu) > Export listings (top right of central box)
