I changed my email that's associated with a payment account, and then received this email from ebid:

"Your account has been re-activated.
Please ensure you follow our posting rules as found in the Helpdesk area to ensure your account isn't reviewed again."

Reviewed for what? changing an email!

Your account was reviewed because you had more than one account opened. The review wasn't due to the changing of an email address.

I thought I only had one? This one. Least 'tis the only one I can remember!

And I only got that message directly after changing my email - nothing about another account - which I don't use -plus don't know the name of-must have been a while ago.

And my account wasn't de-activated prior to it being re-activated!
