Hello all!!
I recently had my first sale since coming to Ebid and was thrilled. Now, not happy. The buyer has not paid for the item and the auction ended over a week ago. I sent them an invoice soon after the sale and also sent two more emails since, but they don't respond. What should I do? Please help as I don't want to be impatient with them, but I don't want to wait forever either especially since they don't bother to contact me.
