Default What's the best way of doing this?

I've got lots of books and DVD's to list. But these are from my own and daughter's collection and nothing to do with my business.

So do I need another ID? As any sales will be paid into a different Paypal account.

Any idea of the best way of doing this on Ebid please.

You will need to contact support@ebid.net and explain the situation with them and ask if you can create a 2nd account solely for your daughter's private sales.

She's only 17, so I'll be selling them for both of us.

Can I list them but just put a different Paypal addy?

Not for integrated payment, no. It's been asked for, but no reaction yet. You could leave paypal unticked, put that you accept it in the description and will send an invoice on request, and send the money request direct from the paypal account you want to use.

I had a feeling this was going to get complicated~

What if my son opens an account?

But then he would need to pay the £50, and that doesn't seem worth it just to sell a few books and DVD's.

    Hi

If you've got a "spare" store....just use that, don't integrate the checkouts & issue manual invoices instead.

It does get complicated and since she is underage she can't dabble with financials. And opening up accounts for family members gets iffy as people use alternate accounts to bid on their own auctions (if they have access to alternate accounts). Another no no on auction sites.

I guess simple is easier. Keep her stuff in one store and sort out the payments as they come in, giving her a check or cash or whatever out of your PP. Let her do the work, sit back and supervise.
