Just checked on some of mine and the ones that are there are showing O.K.
The new listings and repostings from the last couple of days haven't appeared yet so I presume they will be picked up tomorrow when the new system starts.

If you don't get any notification from Google, then I guess there would be no need to worry. That part I did understand.
There was an update from Gazza with same info. All we have to do is sit back and relax, ebid will do the work for us. I think he said it would be done every three days (I am dozy too, I think I read that).

I went over to go google a few days ago and found lots of my really old sold items still on there. Everything must stay on there until it expires! All of these I noticed were sold items from maybe a few months back. I suppose they do not have capacity to monitor and update, google just accepts all feeds and leaves them until they drop off after a certain time?

As long as you opt back in at My eBid > My Defaults.

Everything must stay on there until it expires!
No. They have started the cull. All the items I successfully uploaded only a day before were removed and marked as Disallowed. I tried to put them back on but Google wouldn't let me.

If you are opted out of eBid uploading I think it is worth opting back in now and getting everything in place before your items fall under Google's axe.

That's because eBid is uploading your items. The issue of vanishing items on Google Products only affects those who opted out and uploaded their own items - which has now been outlawed by Google.

I never opted in or out...I only found the tick box today...didn't know we had to opt in till I read this thread.

When I checked my defaults, the box was already ticked

I gave up on google base when they wouldn't accept any of my listings without several attempts at editing and didn't recognise my feebay store.

I also found when checking the listings that were there that duplicates appeared and other listings disappeared without explanation

The eBid default is to be opted in. Actually...until recently there was no option. When the option was created you had to set the 'No' option to opt out. If you have never touched it then the 'Yes' option would be set.

An item I put on last night is on Google already, which is impressive. Now just have to wait and see if the rest go on on the next few days..... fingers crossedX

Can anyone who is expecting current missing auctions who have changed to "yes" recently to be uploaded today leave their username here together with an example auction ID...

    Thanks

Changed to "yes" yesterday and closed and reposted banners and templates.

Example: SAND eBid listing design auction template & banner set

Not found in google products/shopping (an old version showing in google search).

    Item ID 19169224
