Question about "Q&A" section.

Hi-

I am BRAND new here, recently moved from eBay (where I have the same user name) and have a question.

I don't seem to be able to find where answered questions are stored in the "Q&A" section of "My eBid." At eBay, we could look at old messages but it seems hard to do that here. And it's especially frustrating since eBid would prefer that all correspondence be made through the "Q&A."

IS there a place where old mail from both the asker and answerer is stored?

They aren't. Once you answer a question it vanishes from the Q&A area and goes on to the bottom of the listing it applies to.

Not a very good system in my (and other's) opinion, but is what we have at present.

All message to a buyer for a particular item is stored in the listing it pertains to. Only your messages to the buyer are shown. Responses or questions from the buyer are not kept anywhere I'm aware of..

I know it was confusing for me too in the beginning. I try to get my customers to use the forum message system. There it saves all sent and received messages till your space fills up. Then you'll have to delete it to clear the box. I put message links to it in my About me page and all my listings.
