I just found this webcam for Ingleborough Massif, that's the peak I'll be climbing on Saturday. You can't even see it today because the cloud is so low.

It's cool what you can find on the net innit.

I remember a few years ago my mated phoned me and asked me to go to the Lock Ness cam site, the muppet wanted to wave at me to prove that the cam was live. lol

I used to have a load of webcams bookmarked but can't seem to find them now, I must have deleted them at some point.

Anyone have any links to interesting live cams?

That would be great. Can you give an estimate, give or take an hour, when we should look? All right, we probably won't see you, but we'll presumably see a stream of fellow-walkers, and we'll know what weather you're dealing with!

I reckon we should be reaching Ingleborough somewhere around 9.30am(ish). I've no idea how many are doing the walk but I figure there will be at least 100 of us nutters...I mean walkers.

LOL no wonder I was confused.

I used to check one that's in a bar in one of my favourite villages in Greece. It gets a bit depressing when the weather's *always* better though.

My memory is awful, I've got to the point where I have to carry a little notepad around with me when I'm working because I'd forget things otherwise. It's odd becase I can remember all the door and alarm codes for each office and any building and I know which key opens which door (I have a bunch of around 40 keys) with no problem, weird.
