Item tracking!!
Hi ,
I came to know about this site yesterday only.I wanted to know that,if I buy an item ,and all the payments are made, is there a way to track this order?
do they ship by fedex or any other means??
how genuine is the product (original branded or jst a makeup product??)

They are questions for the seller.
Always ask for invoice before making any payment incase they are a dump and run seller.and welcome to ebid.

Every seller on ebid is independent, so that is the person you need to ask these questions. Lots of time this info is in the listing itself, check it out again, and if you don't see the info you need, just send the seller an email with your question.

As you see they are showing zero feedback so nobody here is likely to know anything about the seller.
They are a relatively new seller here, with zero feedback, selling high value, high risk items. While that does not instantly make them untrustworthy it does mean you have to tread very carefully and protect yourself. Pay by a means where you have a way to recover your money if things should go wrong. Pay in full by credit card so that you can claim against the card issuer. Ideally pay via escrow so that the goods have to be in your hands before the seller gets the money. If the seller is not willing to acommodate you and take an escrow payment then I would suggest you walk away. A seller of items such as these should be willing to do everything they can to give the buyer confidence in them.

this seller just started in July....has no feedback as yet....
is listed as an individual ...but states they are a company.....
this is wrong....they should be listed as a business....
I would check as much as possible before i bought a mobile if it is an expebsive item........
Not all sellers, even on Fleabay, provide tracking. It's just one of those things I guess.
I never felt like I was taking a 'risk' if a seller didn't provide me with tracking numbers especially if I notice the seller does communicate well.
If it were me, I would not buy something like that unless it was quite a bargain. Dirt cheap as we say. But again,I can say that becuase I live in a big city where I can easily find electronics at local stores cheap/on sale, instead of buying sight unseen from a stranger inline. Not everyone has that access. I know that is how we all make our livings, but consumer electronics seems to bring out the worst in people. All of the complaints we talk about on the forums seem to involve sellers with no feedback selling electronics.
If you are still tempted to buy a phone, chose a seller with some ebid feedback (check to see if they earned it here, not transferred it), use PP, as suggested, and then the risk is much smaller. Might mean you pay a bit more for it.
