Go to start - all programs - accessories - system tools, you will find defrag there, as for cookies etc if you have CC cleaner that will empty your cookies and any other mucky stuff dragging your system, if you haven't google for it, I use it regularly.

I have done some cleaning, hope I haven't deleted anything I wanted to keep. There seems to be a CC cleaner, so I will have a go with that too (can you tell I am scared?)

Yippee!! We just went over 2,000 listings. I wasn't sure about listing all these stamps, but after looking at other sites and collector's forums, it appears the hobby is alive and well. I still have thousands of them in this box, so I'll be busy for a while.
There aren't many stamp sellers here yet, so these may be safe from raids for quite a while. I'm going to bump up eBid's count a lot.
