Homemade French Onion or Stilton & Brocolli YUMMY.

Simple Stilton & Broccoli soup
Liquidize the raw broccoli until it's a mush
Add a small amount of water and heat on stove
Add salt and pepper to taste
When nearly ready sprinkle in some stilton - stir until it's melted and serve.
