A good deed every day

Hello everyone. I need to learn from my mother. She sets out every day to do at least one good deed for someone. Taking her on a road trip today. She goes and visits people in the hospital or does someone good for someone all the time. After consideration I have decided that I will run my Arizona land holding one more time around then offer financing if someone wants it. (if it doesn't sell on auction) I will need 10K down though and offer to finance the balance at 0% interest over 5 years. I will need to make sure ebid gets their slice though. I'll contact the boys and see if we can make some arrangment regarding this. It's their website I have been advertising on. I'll also draw up a legal binding contract and title will be handed over when payment complete.

My good deed today was, I gave my mom her shower. She suggested that, were I more careful, I would be able to do that without getting her so wet! Well, at least I tried

Hope your Arizona land sells, not the right time for us to do it now, but certainly is tempting.....
