Not that I could ever afford (or want) a car with such a system I would imagine there would be a disclaimer (much as you get with a GPS system). That would put liability on the user of the system.
The only get out would be if a court found that disclaimer was not reasonable and upholdable.
Self parking cars travel at such low speeds if it did touch an adjacent car it would just be a nudge.
