    For auctions, I always get an e-mail notification saying "reserve met", even though I set the reserve price equal to the starting price. Maybe eBid has made some changes so that I don't need to do this any more, but it's still useful. The extra e-mail lets me know I'm going to make a sale, so I know to expect it.
    I do this as well, but changing the wording of the subject line still strikes me as a good idea
    "You're a guest of nature.....so behave!"

    That is something I try to remember as a buyer and add the info to the payment. Though I have to admit that most of the time I forget
