    You can do it by the bulk edit, I see you have, books, 1st day covers, Electrical Goods & Odds n Ends, as categories in your original store.
    So to move all the books for instance choose filter by eBid store category, select the original store & the books category in it, to add them all to the bucket. Once they are in the bucket you can then change the store, & store category they are in.

    Then do the same for the other ones you want to move.

    On eBid stores, you do not have to click on the main category to see the sub categories. If you take a look at my stores, you will see how it looks, but only you know how you want to list your records. Its not for me to say. I hope you figure something out.

    I might be able to work something out, there's a few categories I could combine with subcats.
