I stop work around midnight, and play Spades will around 3.30am on a USA site.

well.... not sure... more often than not a night owl, here til 12 midnightish then play poker until 1:30am ish... but on other occations I can be in bed by 6pm and up again at 4am

night owl i am always up late and hardly ever do anything before erly afternoon.

same, im a night owl too. But i always kick myself in the morning and say to myself...

But by midday i forget because i feel fine and do the downwards spiral all over again, It never ends.
