we have all said it or heard it.....communication can work wonders ....I have had a buyer with a strike thru his name ... not allowed to use eBid ...but email sorted it no problem...i was paid he got his item...and ebid got their fees...everybody was a winner.....so the moral of the story is.....( TRY ) to get in touch.......papa.
I've had 3 non payers since joining. I give people lots of time in case they do have a problem. I email them and ask if they can update me and I'm even willing to extend my payment terms. All it takes is communication. After 3 weeks or so they get the neg. I had one buyer who bought and paid for 2 items then later came for a 3rd. Never did here from them again. I really did not want to give them bad feedback but after 3 weeks I had to so others were warned. Really thought they were going to be one of my best buyers.

Its nice to know people are using their brains in this Ebid. Good that people are doing that little extra to keep everyone sweet. Its better doing buissness that way.
