well at least you were brave enough to try, the more you try the better you will get (or so i tell myself - though normally its a case of nuking a micro meal or shoving a load of stuff in one big pan and making it up as i go along)
did a couple of stirfry meals, which were quick and fairly simple, and tasted good too, if you want the recipes, send me a pm and i copy them out of the book for you lol
i am growing normal parsley in my garden at home and it wasnt exactly a pleasant taste but it didnt taste like coriander, i bought the flat leaf one and it was really foul.
will have to retaste the parsley on its own, had been trying out the various herbs i have growing, so my taste buds might have been fooled into thinking it was ok
its a pretty plant anyway
lol
I don't like kievs anymore...too much butter for me
but I do like to stuff chicken breasts with a stuffing made from
chopped cooked bacon or ham
chopped lightly cooked mushrooms
a little lightly fried onion or shredded leek
grated mozzarella cheese
minced garlic
& herbs
Bel, for the kievs just substitute the parsley for a herb that you do like
yeah except mint lol,
sayin that, some peeps might like it!
Hi Jay, how u diddlin? where you goin next? and when? you're always off on your jollies somewhere, i'm so jealous!
Hi Bel, yes been aaaaaaaaaages!
i'm fine thanks, you?
LOL, those ingredients are all in one stuffing (i love lots of flavours!)
but of course you could just use one or 2 of them, depends what you like
once stuffed I sometimes wrap the chicken in bacon and a couple of sage leaves too
basically you can do almost anything with chicken
