I think things like this are really annoying in life as a whole.

Why can we all be opted out of something with the choice to opt in, rather than being opted in to something with the choice to opt out.

After all if every one was opted out to start with then those that requested the reminders could simply opt in

When this was first suggested, I believe that the consensus was against it. Unfortunately, ebid management know best. I'm getting distinctly fed up with the attitude which says they know better then their sellers.

Hence why the thread got deleted by admin as I am sure I started that thread and cannot find it by doing a search

I think it's possible previous threads drifted off topic, or got into personal exchanges - note: I'm not saying this did happen, just that it's possible and we can no longer remember the detail. With that in mind, and because it seems this is a contentious issue, I'm going to close the thread to avoid any chance of that happening here, but leave the thread for eBid to see my request, and the responses to it so far.
