Eek I thought it had been agreed that only one would be sent after a long period and that it would be worded that it came from eBid and not the seller. What did the buyer say?

I have done! Am very irritated as he has bought 3 items and shown an interest in an area where I have TONS more to list.

What was the aggreement on feedback reminders? some of us havn't been here so long and I know i have sent one to someone recently who hadn't bought from me long ago (less than a week anyway).

For me Feedback means the transaction is finished and everything is ok so i like to get it asap but i can see why people would get annoyed.

I was at the time, and still am, totally opposed to feedback reminders and we suffer from not getting feedback in a big way. It annoys people and should be stopped. I really feel great progress is being made on ebid and we don't need to allienate buyers.

Was any justification given at the time for introducing it?

I have a letter from a buyer who got a reminder from ebid a week after she bought something, but she had already left feedback anyhow
