    Default google base required attribute

Everytime I think I have it all sussed out something else turns up, this is one of those times and I'm hoping someone out there can help.
I chose to place my items on googlebase myself rather than leave it ebid however I now have an email from googlebase saying that they are changing their conditions slightly and we must make sure we all use required attributes with a choice of new, refurbished or used, in my case new, so far so good but my question is what have I to do. I already state either in the title the tick box or within the text that my item is new.As I have over 600 items so this could be a mega deal. Am I reading way to much into this is anyone else in the same position

I haven't seen that message yet, but I do my own too so presumably will come across it shortly. However, the file I use is that which is created by ebid, and it's up to ebid to have it in the right format. Is this not so for you? Or are you hand-crafting your own data?

Thanks for that kimbo I'm not clever enough to hand craft anything I just upload my items but I am so glad it is not my problem. I enclose a link to the item so you can enjoy a little light reading, thanks again for taking the time to answer

If you submit using the file exported from eBid then you need do nothing.

It already contains New for both New and Unused items (Google does not recognise Unused) and Used for well... err... Used items.

It will only affect you if you create your own submission files. Then you just add an extra column headed condition and complete as is appropriate for each item.

If you opt out of automatic loading in your "my ebid" ("my defaults" IIRC) you gain the choice to export "auctions I'm running" in base file format.
