Last week I had a buyer buy 3 seperate items and pay for them 1 by one through paypal
I emailed buyer and asked if they would like the items sent as 1 package as this would save them money, and if they wanted the order as 1 package I would refund the relevant amount of P&P through paypal.
The buyer said that yes they would like the orders as 1 package, and would look forward to a P&P refund.
The refund was done through paypal, but i worked out what the amount would be, divided it by 3 and issued a partial refund on each item for the P&P. The reason I did this is in case they returned 1 of the items.
Well the buyer was not happy with this despite my explanation, however not got a neg (or 3) yet but am expecting 1 or 3.
You try your best but would seem that you simply cannot please everyoneI try my upmost to keep the buyer happy & to save the buyer as much money as possible. I just hate being kicked in teeth when doing others a favour.
This is not the first time I have had a buyer buy many items from me & pay seperatly, but this is the first time I have this hassle,
