Google Base question

Hi,
just starting to get my first eBid store on google base. Going for one with only 27 items to start with but I have over 600 in total.

Anyway, have been reading thru jimbo750's stuff and I have got to the bit where he says use the firefox copy link add on. But how does this work? I've installed it but am at something of a loss.

Edit: Right I can find the copy links bit under edit. But the only option I can find is copy all links. So that when I copy into the Link column in my excel sheet it obviously isnt right.

And another question, I managed to delete all the auctions that are not in this shop quite quickly but the remaining auctions, the 27 I want to upload at the moment, are all spread out from number 1 to 600 and somthing. Is there a way of just compressing them if you see what I mean?
