How do I put notice from Seller

I have seen on some listings a notice from some sellers top left near logo etc

Can anyone help how I do it please ,keep it as simple possable trying all sorts to get sales moving on here.

Hi Bearsden, when you log onto my ebid there are a series of options on the right hand side of the screen. If you click my notices you will be able to put your message there.

Thanks Lofty100e things am easy once you know how see if that will get things moving.
Looks like getting the thinking cap on and trying some more experiments I think that bit at the bottem about escrow and pppay might be a bit off putting for some.
Its like when I put a chalk mark down on the grass once and no one would step over it and come into our stall (used to work the shows)
