No1 Daughter has agreed to do a 10k leaflet drop for a friends company, in two weeks time ( & earn a few extra bob for Christmas). She is self employed so can deliver others at the same time.

If you are interested, & can get 10k ebid flyers to us, within 2 weeks, she (we) will deliver them for FREE!

The target area will be part of the DH2 postcode & includes shops and businesses. It would be interesting to see if a relatively small investment produced viable results.

I've got loads of ideas to add, ie: incentives, monitoring etc.
Will call back to the thread later.

If you're printing a leaflet run, I'd be happy to do a similar size drop in the EH6 area.

If you want to see how things go with the DH2 drop first, please delete this thread, otherwise..........

if anyone else can deliver leaflets, note your interest here and say how many leaflets you can distribute. Please be realistic with the number you can deliver - each leaflet costs money.

Isn't there a thread somewhere about eBid leaflets, when they asked about numbers before printing? Leaflet drops usually cost between £5 & £7 per 1000, so D2D leaflet drops could be included in the marketing challenge, you should add that in there too, with a cost for printing and P&P to each distributor

I can't offer a leaflet drop. But I would be willing to put ebid flyers in with my sales on the book sites I sell on (I already put ebid logo business cards in - flyers might be a bit more eye catching). CMjewells if G & M take up your offer maybe you could give me 100 -200 of your leaflets for me to 'distribute' with my book sales?


I've just remembered, I had a pile of flyers from another site which were sent to me unsolicited. i never asked for them and have never used them. Flyers are good- but only send them to willing volunteers

I saw in the newsletter that you are looking for volunteers to do leaflet drops, but it doesn't say who to contact. I will happily do my apartment building in Manchester city centre if someone can send me 150 leaflets.
