Well far as I'm concerned your auction should either start when you want it to start or have a delay, but to charge people money when they think its going to start straight away and there is a delay & the clock is running, the seller is paying for time lost if their auction doesnt appear straight away. I hope whoever is suing them wins, as far as im concerned eBay should be made illegal. Well you all know I dispise eBay at the moment as theyre trying to do me for money when I have actually paid them & they are claiming I havent paid them even though I have left their site and have a peepal reciept for evdence of paying them.

The basis of the case is that ebay delay the start of a lot of listings while they decide whether your item is counterfeit or not but they don't start the clock when they release the item onto the site. This means that a seller is paying for say 10 days but only getting nine and a half. This means they are not getting what they paid for and someone in the US is suing.

Wouldn't that be : they start the clock BEFORE releasing the item onto the site? Otherwise they're giving extra time, not less.

Slinky I am ignoring them, I read their mails and have a laugh at them. I mean what they gonna do take me to court and then find out they have to pay fees for wasting court time & mine plus let me see threats & false allegations, maybe the US would like to know about this eh
