Wrong message on Promotions?

Just wanted to let people know if they haven't checked it already, that when i promoted my auction to friends, not sure if the right message went to them.

I sent one to myself to see what it looked like and there was a generic message on it. I may have forgotten to change the message on the one I sent myself, so I was just checking.

Has anyone else noticed that? It's probably just that I forgot to change the message on the one I sent to myself.

Could you expand on this a little,perhaps give an example of what you mean?
