    Hi guesslover,

You haven't been here very long and it does take a little while to get noticed, so I wouldn't worry too much yet.

There are a couple of things, though, that may put buyers off - your descriptions and your photographs.

You haven't bothered putting in any form of description and you haven't let potential buyers know your terms and conditions.

Your photographs appear to have been pulled from at least four, if not five, different places. I'm always wary if a seller hasn't taken their own photographs. If you're using a dropshipper, they provide standard, stock photos and personally, I prefer to know if I'm dealing with a dropshipper before I bid.

Also, if you have a customer base on another site, let them know that you're here.

    Hope that helps a bit.

    Good luck!

    GuessLover,

Please don't take this the wrong way, but given that many of us have bought and sold on E**y, many of us (me included) are a little leery of the authenticity of designer products, as we know that designers do not sell wholesale (and you do have a lot of designer items!), and that "Certificates Of Authenticity," dust jackets, tags, labels, cases etc., can all be counterfeited.

I'm NOT saying you are selling such items, it's just that if I'm going to part with $100+, I want to be 100% certain that the item is genuine....plus touch it, see it in person, try it on, etc., which is difficult to do online!

If you are CERTAIN that your items are indeed 100% authentic, why not include a copy/scanned image of the paperwork that comes with the watch (instruction manual, warranty, COA) in your description? Take a little time to CONVINCE us that the items you are selling are genuine.

Also, you should try and build up your feedback, it will go a LONG way towards reassuring potential buyers that you are an honest and reputable seller. I am working on building up my feedback as I am new here as well. I am certain that as my feedback grows so will my sales!

    Hope this helps!

I have not sold a thing on this site. I have even spent $50.00 advertising on google as pay per click.
I think i will be closing this store here. Not one thing sold. Depressing.

but.. you're not running any auctions(?)

When you Were running them, though, did you work at improving them Before advertising? I don't mean to sound condescending (honest!), but as you prob know yourself, if people land on your auction & take an instant dislike to something, or 'something' doesn't catch their eye quickly, they won't stick around for long..

    just a thought
    Steve
