Send a payment reminder option

It's not there. It really isn't. Maybe it only appears after a period of time has passed?

The option is there straight away on any of my unpaid auctions?
Your example isn't someone who's 'paid' ( but maybe hasn't) by pppay is it?

I'm hoping someone else will post on this thread and give better instructions on where to find the payment reminder link

Once the customer has Paid the Reminder option is no longer available. This is OK if I have posted the payment details, but if a customer thinks they have paid by PPPay, then as they have only registered and not really paid until they return and verify, YOU WILL NEED TO KEEP REMINDING THE CUSTOMER TO VERIFY / PAY FOR THEIR AUCTION.

Quite honestly, PPPay is so much trouble, and the fact that the customer is charged to use the service, really goes against the grain!

I'm not offering PPPay on my auctions and the customer hasn't paid, but there is still no "Send a payment reminder" option. ??? Puzzled.

Very strange. I looked at the item again today and the send payment reminder option was there! (in very small font) It definitely was not there the other day. Could it be that it only appears after a certain period of time?

Also, I don't know what the payment reminder e-mail says. I just clicked on the button and it's been sent, but what does it say?
