Send a payment reminder option

Would it be possible to add to the drop-down menu under "Items I've Sold" an option to Send a Payment Reminder? I know we can just e-mail the buyer to remind them, but it might be better if it were a standard payment reminder from Ebid - more "official" if you know what I mean.

How about something like -

Thank you for your purchase for itemXXXX from seller id XXXX.

Your payment for this item has not yet been received. Please send your payment to the seller as soon as possible so that the transaction can be completed.

Below are the range of payment methods the seller accepts: ....

Something along those lines...maybe someone else could phrase it better.

we have the feedback reminder but you request a reminder & nothing happens.I purchashed an item from a seller over a monh ago sent 3 requests still nothing.. same from one buyer left feedback but no reply!

It might not be effective if we as the seller send a message like that via e-mail, but what I would like to see is for the message to be officially logged as part of the transaction details and to have Send a Payment Reminder as one of the options on the drop-down menu. If the message come from Ebid rather than just a personal e-mail from the seller themselves, they might take more notice.

they have made alot of improvements since I first joined but we do need more ........

There is a 'send a payment reminder' link on the auction already (although not on the drop down menu.. yet!).
You can see the link when you view a closed auction. Once you send a reminder it does log on your AAL.

The reminder link isn't easy to find and you're not the first people to ask where it is hopefully it will be moved to the drop down choices soon.
