Yes, all you need is a BRAIN and it's easy.

So if it is easy, why did you state your sales total was so low? Surely someone finding it easy would be selling loads?

No Damian, you're missing the point (as lots of people say when it's actually them that's missing the point)

wwtsc00 said that they never needed help on other sites, they only needed a brain, so what i'm reading from that is, since coming here they've lost their brain.

My auctions, good prices, fair p&p.

    You have a point.

Perhaps he was sooo successful elsewhere, he ended up selling everything including his brain?

i have bean on ebid for a change to get away from ebay even thou i am doing oke on there people dont seam to buy on here
    i wonder why????
i am getting the views but no bids r buyer
maybe because my feed back is 0?????????
the first week i was on ebay i sold over 20 items
    here nothing

    well not to worry
maybe evrbody on here r sellers
    and no buyer

not to blow my own horn,

    yes sales are being made,

now because of my main interest BESWICK , you dont buy for peanuts.

I now expect my sales to be slow, HOWEVER,

4 items sold in a month making £330, VERY NICE

BUT MY MAIN CONCERN, they are getting exported,

Australia, Canada, very little to the home market,

what do I put this down to,

the sellers on E**y LETTING THE ITEMS GO TO CHEAPLY,

you will see orthers on here, saying check your prices with said E***
    and be cheaper.

BOLLICKS, they have bidding wars, EBID do BUY NOW,

I have not sold anything to bids,

one piece of advice I would give,

IF you have good F/B over there, bring it here,

make a few small buys, just bin them if you want,

but you get F/B for over here, add the two, and things look better for you,

best of luck to all that venture,

Hiya everyone..I will admit that I too am a bit dissapointed in Ebid..I was hoping for a nice alternative to Ebay..But, I notice many others repeating the same thing.."Lots of views but no bids", I have just been on a few weeks now, but I have listed some items here that would attract a swarm of bidders on Ebay, I have some items that have over 100 views, but not a single bid....Are people made aware that this is an "Auction" site ??? I am having a lot more success with Overstock....Maybe some of the big sellers are making a few sales, but even with the fees, I cant see why anyone would leave Ebay for Ebid, unless they got suspended.......I am at a loss to understand this sites lack of bidders....Dont get me wrong I am NOT a friend of Feebay or PayPal...

    >>>Are people aware this is an "Auction" site?<<<

Oh nooooooooo.... you've just let the cat out of the bag
I'm going to have to list stuff now! LOL Can you go tell a few others about eBid and see if they want to buy anything? If not, invite them to join anyway as it's an excellent social networking site and the more of them we have the more we can harrass them by plugging bargains in their forums

Demand and Supply and Jimbo750,apparently have nothing better to do than give newbies a hard time, making snide and sarcastic comments, with some ocassional advice, as if they know everything..I have checked both of their sites and see many unsold items, with LOTS of VIEWS, but apparently no bidders and he is selling inexpensive items...Hmmmmm, makes ya wonder..I see Supply has over 6,000 posts. when does he have time to sell anything..All I know is that, I have some items with over 100 views, at any other auction on this planet( Overstock, Ebay, etc.), I would also have a relative number of bids,THAT'S A FACT, but here it's incredible, I've never see anything like it..I guess if you are selling cheaper items, you might make an ocassional sale, but I see too many of the same complaints on here..All Views and No Bids...If anyone has any civilized advice, I will be glad to listen...And saying that you need to add more links and additional advertising, it's like saying, if you get 300 or 400 viewers, maybe you can increase your sales..That ridiculous, 50 - 100 viewers should generation plenty of bidders, it does everywhere else, so THAT's my question, why doesnt it here ???......Thank you..
