I have made my own (initially intended as a business card), would appreciate opinions on this. It's not the official eBid font but as near as I could find, I think it's a good match.

No space for personal shop address, but that could easily be placed where the "Grab a bargain" text is at the moment. I can change this to any size as I've done it as a vector in Inkscape, all of the text and the logo is scalable

If you mean what I think you mean, when you look at your listing on the left under "seller options" you will find "edit/close auction". Click on that to make changes (edit).

It's difficult to tell somebody why something isn't happening, when one has no way of knowing exactly what they've done. The only real answer is "because you've done it wrong somehow". However, I do have full instructions, with pictures, in my help pages (see my sig) and perhaps if you take a look there you'll be able to work out for yourself where you've slipped up. Good luck!
