My auctions, good prices, fair p&p.
Laughing is good exercise, it's like jogging on the inside.
Growing old is mandatory, growing up is optional.
The one round our way seemed to have lost his woman, kept shouting Oh Diane. (That's what it sounded like to me anyway), probably old iron.
Good point though Damian, unfortunately the only thing I can offer is books to pass the time. Not much use really as they wouldn't be delivered untill after the bad weather has subsided.

Does anyone really think that this won't happen again?
Yes, it may be too late to offer items for coping with this flood, but what about the next one? People who have just gone through it will be more likely to buy stuff now in preparation for next time. Give them a few months to think about it and they'll decide that there's too much else to buy.
Strike whilst the iron's . . . . . . er, damp?
Do you sell SUMMER products?
Yes, I know it's cold and damp right now, but the summer weather will get here soon enough.
Will you wait until people are already buying from your competitors or will you get your stock under their noses right now?
Tell them what they're going to want and show them where to get it.
Do you sell:
Sun creams, sun glasses, t-shirts, sandals, shorts, swimming trunks, swim suits, snorkels, flippers, diving masks and goggles, buckets & spades, rubber rings, dingies, beach towels, beach toys, sun shades, wind shades, cool bags, picnic gear, electric fans, air conditioners, ice cube makers, walking clothes or accessories, garden games or anything else summer related?
Yes?
Then why aren't you promoting it?!
