List your blank keyrings in your auctions and perhaps the free to print labels offered by damian_steele could be resized to fit as inserts - that way people could print their own - www.ebid.net on one side and their own store named on the other?

I'll stick it on the KT - see how it goes there.

(By the way folks, I don't think this £5 includes p+p - but that shouldn't be more than a £1? - nyk would you say it's around there?)
You missed out hypnotoad, as per his post earlier in this thread

As for postage, a bundle of fifty pens will probably weigh around 300g but will NOT fit through the large letter slot unless someone wants to pack them and bind them flat, they would need to be sent as a packet, as per the rule changes at Royal Mail, so you are probably looking at £1.52 for 2nd Class postal charge plus a few pence for packaging, hence my original quote of £13.00 per 100 including P&P

IF we can get enough interest and people are prepared to 'buy now' knowing that the pens will take a week or so to arrive, then I don't mind organising the order, but if anyone else wants to volunteer they are welcome to do so. I will not go down the route of petty squabbles about profiteering, buddy points, extra sales stats or anything else.
At last count, we had 10 people in total amounting to about £75 and everyone is aware of the fact that P&P has still to be added, so let's see if we can generate any more interest over the weekend. Keep in mind that to abide by eBid rules, the pens must be listed in the auctions and sold via the site - does anyone disagree?

    Hi nyk,
I didn't add Hypnotoad or anyone else as they haven't really "confirmed" the order or the amount. Do you think we should add them anyway or wait for their confirmation?

    Latest Count:
    Confirmed -

    1. jgmcarmods £5
    2. Ken £5
    3. Merlin £10
    4. artsbanquet £5
    5. Cocksparrer £5
    6. damian steele £5
    7. litttleme1969 £10

    £5 doesn't include p+p which should be approx £1.50 to £2.00.

    Hiya,
So basically, the more Ebidders who join in, the cheaper it'll be for everyone? I'm a bit confused about the postage thing, but I've written it down as around £1.50 to £2.00 for postage as a rough estimate as I figure it's better to overestimate than underestimate. Still don't know how many people we're going to get.

That's why I'm hoping everyone who's interested will not waste too much time pondering over it or analyzing it to death and just say "aye" or "nay" - "I'm in", or "I'm out". nyk has been very kind to volunteer to do this, so let's try to make the process as smooth and pain-free as possible.

Don't know what's taking G&M so long to do it, but maybe it's like nyk says, they need some market feedback from members first - facts and figures stuff.
