He was given a temporary ban from the forums. When he and I last corresponded, he wasn't too keen on promoting eBid any more. Consequently I would guess that you can safely remove him from the list.

NYK I told you if you have got any left Then I would buy them! After sending you some of MINE free I think at least you could have sent me One!. I also (as I started issueing mine out (to feebay peeps who buy of me) about 2 weeks before you lot) That its WORKING! As MY sales seems to have gone upp a little (nearly matched last months and I had a Holiday in between)
