    Hi Damian,

We have considered those extra costs and have decided to curb the available methods of payment by not accepting card payments. The following other options are available:

    1) PPPay account payments are free (not card payments)
    2) I can provide a barcoded invoice for customers to print & pay cash anywhere they see the PayPoint sign (minimum payment £5)
    3) Uncrossed Postal Orders can be accepted.

    or

    4) If the pens are part of a combined shipping of different items, then all our normal forms of payment will be acceptable.

(I'm trying to set up a combined shipping co-operative/project with a couple of other eBidders here so that all our items can be combined and sent together.)

    What is 'cash'? LOL
Unused 2nd Class UK postage stamps are good too, but then it costs you the extra stamp and envelope to send them

That's excellent news! Thank you for joining us in our promotional activities. We now have free to print flyers, free to print labels, free newsletters, keyrings, fridge magnets, coasters, pens, car stickers, and now, possibly, t-shirts... just email support@ebid.tv to request permission to use their logo or name etc and then you could offer them for sale as well I think they prefer to stick with the www.eBid.net name so it's of multi-national interest.

Yes, BACS will be ok as I can do a single transfer afterwards, thus reducing subsequent bank charges.

What would you like t-shirts or sweatshirts.
The three colours i was think of getting for t-shirts are,

    Blue
    Red
    Black

Would want it print on front or back or both?
How much would you be willing to pay for them?

    Let me know please?

I like black. Not sure about T-shirts or sweatshirts. Both? I like printed at the back. Most important thing is that the T-shirt is stylish and I would not be embarrassed to wear it! That means the logo can't be TOO big. I don't want to walk around town looking like a traffic signal light, stopping traffic everywhere. It must also look stylish enough to be given as a gift - again, nothing too garish.
I know we want to advertise Ebid, but I don't think many people like walking around with a T-shirt blaring www.ebid.net in bright yellow. Maybe just the logo (Think Nike) and that's it on the T-shirt.

Price for the T-shirt around £4 to £5?
Sweatshirt - £15 or more? (Depending on quality)

Out of those options probably black would be best, (red no good as it would lose the logo. I would suggest the front for the message, visible if you open a jacket.

It would have to have the web address, advertising with no contact details is just pointless. I would suggest logo and web-link, which address though? Hopefully some of the shirts will travel internationally.
