Red face New Wharf Pottery Blue & White Meat Plate

I've got a large meat plate - made by the New Wharf Pottery - the only information I've been able to find out is that the factory closed in 1854 - the pattern is Vienna - does anyone out there know anything about this item? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm scared to use the plate in case it might be valuable.

New Wharf Pottery CoEarthenware manufacturer at Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent 1878-1894
In 1877 Thomas, or T.F. as he was called in later years, along with his brother William, purchased for £5075 a site in Navigation Road, which they called New Wharf Pottery, and which they had probably been tenants or since 1875.

Can you list a picture of the plate & reverse side . or describe the mark/colour it may have a Staffordshire Knot mark containing the pattern name Vienna ? Or a pattern number ?

Is it similar to this ? in blue of course.
