Gazza I got that message when I'd refreshed my page only once - after a few refreshes more things changed and the thing I had been clicking was no longer there........ it was to do with the stores on the home page - before the refresh there was the name of the store holder bolded and a hyperlink and gave that error msg when clicked.

As I say once refreshed more than once that stopped for me. ~Was just an idea

The Happy Hour Auctions appear to have the 'no capital letters' bug that used to occur on the Ebid Stores before the change over. Can this be fixed?

Sorry - I hadn't checked properly - the Ebid Stores still have the 'no capital letters' bug!
I wonder what piece of code takes the store descriptions, with capital letters in them, and actually changes them to lower case? Very odd! Why would anybody want that to happen?

Ive just checked with the ID you gave me and it is showing the SIMPLE WYSIWYG editor for your desciption. What are you seeing? You can change this to the ADVANCED or PLAIN BOX via My Defaults in My eBid.

Can you press print screen on your keyboard and upload the picture here if you are still having problems.

Karen, if you head into "my defaults" on the right hand side, you can change it in there and it sorts it out. it is not on the actual listing but in "my defaults"

GAZZA I read your reply to Manstomar, and yes it works thank you,
go to "my Defaults" and change to PLAIN HTML or SIMPLE WYSIWYG or ADVANCED WYSIWYG i did that and yes the option is now there to do whatever editing is needed,

This is a carried forward glytch!, and may already be getting fixed, however I thought i'd put it on this thread just in case.

The problem is the inability to correctly mark a non payers item as NOT paid before being able to report them as a non paying bidder. ( I have a big problem with marking the item as 'paid' when it isnt!, also i have some cases where buyers mark an item as paid- when it hasn't been). I raised this issue aftre the last upgrade, and later via the EBID support route. on 13th January 2007 EBID support advised "We are already in the process updating the feature to allow for 'Mark as not Paid' and this will be available shortly"

Gazza could you confirm this glytch is an your fix list please?
