eBid v4 glitches

My auctions that were listed before the update have defaulted to "NEW" since the update and they are all "USED".

I think it would be better to not show either on the previously listed items or default to used and the item be new than to be listed as new and the item be used.

I'm noticing that front page auctions ( happy hour etc..) are not updating in real time to show bids, making EBID look less active than it really is.
For example at the moment there is a PDA in the happy hour which shows nil bids, and a price of £10.00 when there are 4 bids on it and the lowest bid should show at £21. Can front page activity be shown in 'real time' please.

FOUND ANOTHER ONE.

Whenever you change the colour of the store main text - it also changes the 'all about this store' info box text as well on the right hand side.

ie say i wanted white etxt on a darker background - the colour will go white - but it will take the about this store text with it as well.
