I don't know why ebid does not allow taxidermy mounts if legal.

    Default Taxidermy mounts

I usually only sell taxidermy mounts legally on other websites and intended to do that when I signed up and paid my money for ebid. What is up with not being able to sell taxidermy mounts? Deer mounts..????? It's a legal item and will have to take my business elsewhere....can I get a refund for signing up?

why.... the banned item list was there before you joined.... if you could not be bothered to read it before you joined it is hardly ebid fault is it

simple... e*ay is a US site eBid is a UK site... in the UK there are very strict laws reguarding the selling of stuffed animals.... therefore ebid need to follow UK laws... hence you can not sell them

Don't know, and likely no one here can answer you either. It's eBid's rule and they are the only ones that can give you a definitive reason why the rule exists.

....can I get a refund for signing up?
Likely not. The ban on sale of such items is clearly stated. You are referred to the list of banned items in the Terms and Conditions you agreed to when you signed up. If you didn't read them then the fault is not eBid's.
